For the purpose of these terms and conditions Heidi Crundwell Photography will be referred to as "THE COMPANY", www.heidicrundwellphotography.co.uk will be referred to as "THE SITE" and you as a purchaser referred to as "PURCHASER" or anyone visiting the the site will be referred to as "YOU".  

Use of and the purchase of products on this site are governed by the Terms and Conditions set out on this page.

Terms of Use

By using this site "YOU" agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement between "YOU" and Heidi Crundwell Photography which sets out the terms and conditions relating to the use of the service provided via "THE SITE" and which may contain links to other third party sites. "YOU" acknowledge and agree that "THE COMPANY" has no control over third party sites which you may access or link to via "THE SITE". "THE COMPANY" does not endorse, nor is it responsible or liable for content, advertising, products or other materials from third party sites. "THE COMPANY" is not liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of third party sites and their products and services.

"THE COMPANY" makes all reasonable efforts to make sure the information on and within the site is accurate. Some products or images may vary in appearance or colour when viewed on a different monitor.  "THE COMPANY" accepts no liability for any errors, mistakes and inaccuracies and "THE PURCHASER" will have no claim against "THE COMPANY" in respect of these and their effect. Any corrections will be made by "THE COMPANY" as soon as they are brought to attention. Please use the contact page to inform "THE COMPANY" of any errors or observations.

"THE COMPANY" reserves the right to cancel or decline any order or request from any person or business in any authority.

The "PURCHASER" or any person accessing the site acknowledge and agree that all information, images and products displayed on the site is the sole property of "THE COMPANY".

Products

Products that appear on "THE SITE" may differ slightly in colour on a customers monitor due to the variants in colour profiles.

Pricing

Prices on "THE SITE" are accurate at the time of posting but "THE COMPANY" reserve the right to change these at any time with no liability. Printing and postage prices may change and "THE COMPANY" reserve the right to alter pricing structures accordingly and accept no liability. Prices are in pounds sterling.

Payment

Payment of goods can be by credit/debit card. Payments on this site are processed by Stripe.  

 

Availability

In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock after ordering, "THE PURCHASER" will be contacted by "THE COMPANY" to inform you of this. If you then wish to cancel or change your order you may do so by contacting "THE COMPANY" in writing via the contact page. Your order will be revised or a full refund given.

Delivery

Once payment has been received and acknowledged "PURCHASER" should allow up to 14 days for delivery. 

In the unlikely event products arrive damaged the "PURCHASER" must notify "THE COMPANY" within 2 days. "THE COMPANY" is not liable for "YOU" not being able to accept delivery. Prints and cards will be delivered by Royal Mail and frames will be by specialist courier direct from the print house. Your details will be passed on to the print house in order to fulfil delivery only.

Returns & refunds

Products are made to order and "THE COMPANY" cannot offer a money back guarantee. If the "PURCHASER" is not satisfied with the product they should inform "THE COMPANY" within 7 days of receipt of the product. "THE COMPANY" will endeavour to resolve the issue to their discretion and offer a replacement of equal value if necessary. 

Please note "THE COMANY" will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damages of goods in which "THE COMPANY" have been notified. 

If a refund is to be issued "THE COMPANY" will endeavour to refund the product in full or as agreed minus postage costs. The "PURCHASER" is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us.

Complaints

In the event that "THE COMPANY" fail to meet the high standard of customer service, please do not hesitate to contact us. "THE COMPANY" will make every effort to meet your expectations and retain your much valued custom.

Statutory Rights

Nothing stated within these Terms & Conditions will affect the statutory rights of the "PURCHASER"  in relation to quality, being fit for purpose or the description of goods.

All images, text, products and design are all under strict copyright © Heidi Crundwell Photography. You are not permitted to copy, download, replicate, modify any item without permission. You may not print, store on disk, distribute or use any material on this website unless given prior permission in writing by Heidi Crundwell Photography.

Data Protection & Privacy

"THE COMPANY" greatly values it's customers privacy and we do not pass client information on to third parties. If "YOU" sign up to the newsletter or place an order we may have to collect certain information form you such as your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. "THE COMPANY" is not liable for any loss "YOU" may suffer due to any unauthorised access to "THE SITE" by third parties. 

 

If you would prefer not to receive information from Heidi Crundwell Photography you can  unsubscribe from email correspondence or contact us to be removed from the mailing list.

Despite best efforts the owner of this website cannot guarantee or verify the contents of any externally linked website. Users should therefore note if they click on external links it is at their own risk and this website and "THE COMPANY" cannot be held liable for any damages or implications caused by visiting any external links mentioned.
